選料帶寬1200mm，周長4500mm，帶選機(jī)帶層數(shù)10層，喂料采用自動(dòng)給料，電機(jī)是四季免加油型減速電機(jī)，功率5kW，喂入量和帶選機(jī)帶數(shù)均采用變頻器調(diào)節(jié)。另又安裝一套回流重選設(shè)備，以確保質(zhì)量。帶選機(jī)的帶不是傳統(tǒng)的網(wǎng)帶，而是耐磨耐用的膠帶，正好適合黃淮地區(qū)的大豆不規(guī)格豆的清選。另外，帶選機(jī)又添加一層底座以便調(diào)整角度。
