-倉頂部有平臺(tái),平臺(tái)表面鋪設(shè)3mm波紋防滑花紋板，平臺(tái)四周有安全防護(hù)欄桿。

-方倉錐底易磨損部位采用錳鋼耐磨板，上下部位設(shè)物料觀察孔，并有阻旋式上下料位感應(yīng)裝置，使整套設(shè)備達(dá)到自動(dòng)控制功能。

-倉內(nèi)焊縫平滑，密封性自流性良好、無漏焊、加渣及燒穿現(xiàn)象，沒有滯留物料流動(dòng)的死角，無殘留，無需人工清理。

-Temperature detection sensor is equipped in the bin.

-The warehouse is equipped with moisture detection sensor.

-The warehouse is equipped with high-pressure air supply pipe.

-The bin is equipped with a falling mechanism to prevent materials from falling and breaking.

-The inner wall of the warehouse is equipped with a vertical ladder with a safety cage.

-The bin is equipped with an up and down material level sensing device.

-The discharge port at the bottom of the bin is equipped with an electric gate valve to control the flow.

-The top of the bin is sealed with a cover plate and equipped with a dust removal pipeline.

-There is a platform at the top of the warehouse, 3mm corrugated anti-skid checkerboard is laid on the surface of the platform, and safety guardrails are set around the platform.

-Manganese steel wear-resistant plate is used for the easily worn part of the cone bottom of the square bin, and the upper and lower parts are provided with material observation holes, and there is an anti rotation up and down material level sensing device, so that the whole set of equipment can achieve the automatic control function.

-The welding seam in the warehouse is smooth, with good sealing and self fluidity, no missing welding, slag addition and burn through, no dead angle of retained material flow, no residue, and no need for manual cleaning.
